When you hire a lawn care company, you are inviting a person (or people) to spend time on your property. They will be in your front yard, back yard, side yards, and all around your house. Possibly they will be spending a lot of time on your property, either during a specific project or over the course of a season. You will want to determine several things:

1. Can I trust this company?

2. Are they capable of completing the work?

3. Is it a good investment of my money to hire them?

4. Will hiring them make my life better and easier?

So, how can you get the answers to these questions? One way is to ask a friend or neighbor for a recommendation. If they have had a good experience with their service provider, that's a great place to start. In essence, you are borrowing their answers to the four questions listed.

From the perspective of the service provider, we really appreciate receiving inquiries from friends and neighbors of our current customers. Word of mouth referrals generally are usually the type of customers that we want to work for. They are usually nearby our other customers. There is a base level of trust already established. The potential customer already has a good idea about our capabilities and expertise. Hopefully, it's a good fit right from the start!
